so... i just decided to take off the emblems are re finish them. I got the logo off and while taking the lexus letters out, it flew and kind of fell into the middle of the engine. I know...

I took of some covers hoping that I would find it and I did, but I cant reach it unfortunately. I tried using two skewer sticks taped together and it reached it so I put some superglue on it so it would stick to the thing, but I can't get a strong bond between them and it keeps falling off after a 5 seconds.

what should i try now?

uhhhh..... it's a perfect circle with huge holes in it..... why are you not using a bent coat hanger and this is an issue?

My bad for not elaborating and I could've explained a bit better, but I did state that the emblem that has the letters which makes up LEXUS is the one that fell and not the actual oval with the L

and the lexus lettering has not holes in it so that's the issue............

(might've read your post in a different tone and if so I'm truly sorry, but I prefer a more kind or respectful response that doesn't try to make me look....... )

its all good though. I got i just got it out.

No, it just says you took the logo off and dropped it down in the engine as you were removing the letters. Reads more as if you dropped the log while removing the letters, but regardless it's good you got them out.

I'd suggest thicker skin, you're on the internet and you weren't in any way scolded, attacked, or belittled and somehow got offended..... honestly it's not my problem so I won't be bothered with it. It's how you take things, more of a personal issue. If someone would have said "hey are you too stupid to figure this out?" or something even remotely inflammitory I'd have handled it for you.

This forum is generally respectful from most members, but you're going to need SOME skin or you aren't going to make it.

Least you got your emblem out I'd go with the plasti-dip idea from earlier in the thread.

I've never looked at how much heat the plasti-dip can handle, so just MAYBE look into that then do it.
