driver window help
hey guys so most recently i noticed that my driver side window in my 95 sc 400 started to make a funny clicking sound when rolling down or up.
well today i go to roll it dont and i kinda hear a small pop or click. i go to roll it up and only hear the motor going, but no window movement.
any word on a fix or parts i would need and cost?
i need this thing to roll up just in case it rains and when i go to work or school which will suck.

so the window regulator and motor are differrent parts?
just making sure when i buy whatever i need. when i push the button up or down i still here it trying to go up or down but no window rolls up

Same thing just happened to my 95SC a week ago : ( I pulled off the panel and there is a small whie plastic piece about 2 inches below the window that is broken, from age, I guess. I read a thread where a member fixed it with JB Weld, but, I'd rather just buy it new. Anyone else have this problem?
Btw, anyone know how much the plastic piece cost? Thanks!!

okay guys well i dont think i can wait any longer i took it in to a shop the other day 295 for everything. i just need my car back asap cause i got school and work and its just to hard to get rides etc etc etc. cant very well drive the car around with the windows down everywhere i go.

I fixed my drivers side window yesterday. Heard nothing but buzzing from the switch when depressed. I sliced open the rubber wire loom where the door hinge meets the frame and sure enough the white/black ground wire was split right in two.
Picked up some spare wire, connected the 2 ends and right away the Windows roll down! Hope this helps...I went a good 2 months with out windows. I know how much of a pita it can be. Hope this helps.
