Default Help: Driver Side window stuck down

Hey guys,

I was on the highway today switching lanes and all of the sudden I heard a thud coming from my driver side window. I tried rolling the window down and it went all the way down. I tried bringing it up and it only came about an inch up and went back down. I guess the window came off of the little traction things that bring it up. Does anyone have some sort of guide to remove the door panels so I can try putting the window back in place?

oh man!!! It definitely sounds like a window regulator issue. Hey Bombzhome............just search window regulator and there's plenty of info that would help you out. Goodluck.

The window motor still makes noise. It seems like the glass slipped off whatever brings it up and down. Right now I got the window back up but it slips down, but I got some things in there to make it stay up. I'm going to try taking apart the door later. Wish me luck.

you still need the regulator. The white plastic clip is broken. You can sometimes finagle it to work but its only temporary.
