I recently bought a Carlinkit CP2A wireless CarPlay & Android Auto adaptor and it works absolutely flawlessly with my 2020 RX350 (loaded, including Mark Levinson audio and 12" navigation). The 2023 RX should have wireless connectivity for these apps but I don't believe any previous RX's have this feature (thanks Toyota).
The bottom line is that for ~$100 from Amazon your RX is in business, wirelessly. I highly recommend this approach :-)

I like that, so I assume u can see "something" still where does it sit?
Nothing is visible. The Carlinkit unit is smaller than a pack of cigarettes and it just get plugged into the USB jack in the console and it then just stays in the console completely out of sight.

I can only speak authoritatively for 2020 RX's but in these (and probably most other 4th generation ones) the USB outlets under the dash and behind the console are only for charging. They are not to be used for using CarPlay or Android Auto. Only the USB outlets in the console support these functions.

The one Im getting has wireless charge as an add on, but IM not sure where its located.
I have the Carsifi Android Auto Adapter installed on my 2020 RX350 - works great, and it's quick to connect after the car starts. Was difficult to install - until I remembered that ONLY THE CONSOLE USB PORTS work to connect AA (as Marty mentioned above). I was getting frustrated by attempting to use the USB ports behind the Smartphone holder pocket (duh).
