Would you consider this a good deal or would it be better to wait for 2020's to come out and look at the leftover 2019's?

Theres only a handful of dealers who have 18s in the northeast. If its the dealer im thinking about, tell me them they need to stop giving you the same deal I saw back in June from them in addition to what dealers are giving for 19s.
Plug it into the used car calculator and see their bottom. Its 25% off or you can continue carrying that in inventory when 2020s come out.
Thanks to everyone here for arming me with info to target 14-16% off. With that bit of info, I was able to get a price of $48.6k on a $56.8k car ($8200 off which is 14.5% off sticker, and includes the $2500 Lexus rebate which I will get taxed on) without much hassle. Naturally on the low end of the spectrum, but as I said earlier I like my sales guy and this dealership and they gotta make some money to keep the place open. However, they wanna charge $699 for doc fee plus $387 for NJ registration I like their free espresso machine and brownies but not that much
What are you guys paying for doc & registration fees?
I'm still on the fence. I drove the CPO 2017 nav/lux car for a few hours, 43k miles for $38.5k. It's in excellent condition and drove like butter, and even better MPG (averaged 31MPG on my usual route) than my 2012. But for a difference of $10k I really think it's not enough of a savings to buy used. It does have the luxury package which I quite like. No new cars around me have the luxury package now. A dealership 250 miles away have a few but all stickers for over $60k.

Dealership "doc" fee is baloney....and negotiable. All profit for him. NJ reg fee should be easy to verify on NJs DMV website. Or a phone call.
Enjoy your new wheels and many happy miles!
Thanks to this forum I was able to get 14.8% off msrp.

This dealership got the last F Sport 2018 RX350 fully loaded for $51k. MSRP 61k. Their otd price is $53300. Is it a good deal or should i wait for December to Remember event and get 2019 instead?

Vague terms like fully loaded are not helpful. Price out a similiar spec 2019 at another dealer and see hpw much of a deal you really are getting
2019s 15-16% OFF
THE LISTED 2018 you said is 16.3% offf
To me personally the only way im taking any non Supra /high demand leftover is a couple grand over used pricing. The vehicle could have been sitting on the lot unused for months.
Just to update:
For 2019 RX350 F sport, MSRP $60k, they offered me 15% off MSRP, OTD $53770. Only took me 30 mins to ask for this price so i feel i can get more once the December event starts. So i did not buy the vehicle.
For 2018 RX F sport, MSRP $60.5k, they lowered to offer me otd $51500. I am still negotiating with them since i know time is on my side. Eventually i ask for $48k otd. Will update on the result!

Some of these recent deals sound pretty attractive. New incentives just got posted today. I am looking to pull the trigger on a 2019 this month. If you've had a recent deal in Texas, can you please PM me the sales person's details?
With the 2019 year end sell, incentives+discounts are good.
Is this a good price?

Is your registration fee included in that Doc, Title, Inspection fee of $565? If so, in NY the sales tax would be $3971.56. Plus we pay a couple hundred bucks reg!
