The question I have for those that paid to have their Lexus Nav upgraded is . . . "Was it worth it?" Does it make it more accurate? More useful? I find mine to be downright "idiotic"!! It doesn't come close to finding the fastest route and the ETA is off by a lot until you get closer to your destination. Too bad to have such a nice SUV with such a bad Nav system.

Mine became slightly more accurate after the upgrade, but that was a few years ago. It's still the same 'ol frustration system it was before then.
However, you can fix the ETA issue. All you need to do is confirm you're not an 80 year old grandma driving below the speed limit in the settings menu.
I don't recall where exactly it's at, but there is an adjustment to add 10MPH to the speed limit when doing the calculations, which will more closely represent actual road speed.
I was looking for KFC and it took me to some mom and pop Mexican restaurant. Later when I use the lexus service figuring a person can search and load the nearest KFC....which gave me the same destination.
Lexus has decided the KFC is not a restaurant befitting a Lexus drivers tastes... so the nav system found a better restaurant for you to enjoy.
