My 2015 LX570 has the 2014 version installed. The latest Nav Update (according to the Lexus site) is: PT219-HDD07-16 (2016 data).
Current prices for this USB update are $170.27 at LexusPartsNow, & $163.20 at PotampkinParts.
I'd like to do the update, but might a 2017 version be out any time soon? May be worth the wait.
The local dealerships may be charging a similar price to do the update; I haven't checked. BTW, Is it easy to do the update yourself?
Any info out there?
Bob
My 2015 LX 570 nav screen shows 2014 data.
Hasn't anyone out there ever updated their navigation database?
How'd you do it? It's available online, can be loaded into the car via USB memory stick.
However you did it (yourself or by the dealer), was it expensive?
Thanks,
Bob
Buy a Garmin Nuvi with lifetime updates. Use it whenever traveling where there is new construction and really want to know where to go. I'm not a fan of the Lexus nav system in general, and they seem to be out of date when delivered along with strange routing.
