I think I read on their site that it doesn't support wireless android auto only wireless carplay and wired android auto. I think you might have just misread the wording on it because it's on the product page regarding the supported options.
As for the support option I can't answer that. They do seem to be really slow in responding to any inquiries in general.
I wasn't able to track down your screenshot, but the one I have is slightly different. But is from the website that I ordered it from.
Side note since the folks here are a better support team,, anyone have ideas on what to try so I can hear call audio? I do hear nav and music and stuff fine. Just not the call audio for some reason.
I also thought I read somewhere on a thread something about changing the mute options on items like when you put the car in reverse which makes me wonder if there's some setting buried in the Android settings menu and not the Lexion settings menu that would change the issue you're experiencing.
I hope you get a harness too and that it fixes the issue/s you're having.
On a different note - is your avatar an Extra? You fly?
I'm also thinking about the mouse issue and on the back of the unit is there two possible spots to plug in the harness that would work the mouse? I thought I saw somewhere that there's two options and one side is for the trackpad and the other is for the jog wheel that's in models like the IS. If that's the case - I know it sounds ridiculous and I'm not questioning your skills but did you verify it's in the correct port or are they dummy plugs that you can't plug in to other ports?
Does your backup camera work now?
Backup camera works now, he walked me though settings to change it. Regarding the jog mouse, there are two plugs on the harness, one for the mouse, and one for the wheel. Oddly enough, initially the mouse didn't work at all because I didn't see a plug in for the jog mouse. It was completely taped up on the harness for some reason. Once I took the tape wrap off and plugged the jog mouse in, it worked perfectly on the Lexion OS but didn't work on the Lexus OS.
I checked pins on the harness and saw no issues so hopefully a new harness will fix it. If not, it goes back.
Oh that is awesome! I love the pic!!
I seriously hope they get your system ironed out because I want to want this system and it to work pretty flawlessly because I'm sick of the tiny OEM screen.

Are you connected to the Lexion bluetooth? My phone connects to both the Lexus bluetooth and Lexion bluetooth. Calls work fine for me although the quality of the call is not as good as it is though the Lexus bluetooth.

Thanks!
And me too. With the issues fixed it will be a really good (not perfect) solution. As of now, I love CarPlay and the functionality of it all. But I gotta have access to the stock Lexus menu.
Does the Lexion bluetooth require their mic or does it use the OEM mic? (Not to hijack it here.)
I plugged in the included mic, but there is a setting to use the OEM mic. I selected that but haven't unplugged the Lexion mic too see if it all works ok.

I'll give that a shot when I'm in the car next. I did notice when I was trying to set it up, thinking the unit would take wireless AA that it was connecting to BT but I will see if I turned it off. Kinda wierd that while plugged in, it's not just using the wired connection for all audio.
Outside of you having to touch the screen to flip it to the OEM menu does doing something like long pressing the hangup button on the steering wheel flip it into the OEM screen? I guess it doesn't matter though because the trackpad doesn't function once you're in it anyhow.

I actually did this too, and before I closed things up, was able to test and use the oem mic instead. So give it a shot! Was able to pull the extra mic out before I put things back together.
Another annoying thing is that call volume, and music volume are the same. So if you turn the volume way up to listen to a call, once it ends the music starts blasting.

Did you guys mount the gps antenna internally or did you run it up out of the dash? Does anyone know if there's a splitter/plug that would allow you to use the oem antenna?

I didn't use the GPS antenna as I am not using Android. CarPlay uses the phone GPS.
