Update installed, but there was an unintended consequence. I am no longer able to use Nova launcher as the default Even though it is selected in the settings as default, it always loads the LX launcher as the home screen. The update did fix my Spotify crashing when paused issue though.

 

What if you deleted LX launcher? I also have a few bugs introduced by 0916 update for Android 10. My music would stopped playing for no reason but not sure if related to update or Apple Music problem need to do more testing.

 

LX Launcher is a system app, so no go on deleting or disabling. I just wonder why they would now block launchers from being default?!

that’s a bummer as I thought we could update the OS. For those that have Android 10 OS when did you purchase the unit?

I purchased mine late March this year.

 

I bought mine in July I have Android 10. Let me know if you want September update for Android 8, it does break launcher function update at your own risk not my fault. lol

I asked the developer (Carsyso) whether it's possible to rollback OS, I also have some bugs with Android 10, haven't heard back.

 

Or maybe just another update with bug fixes and allow third party app to run as default?
