A JB4 system would be killer! I wonder if it could bypass the limitations
or is that basically a reflash?

Its not exactly a re-flash, but it will allow for more adjustments other than just boost control. This is a description of the JB4 system from the N54tech forums.

“The JB4 is available both as stand along system and as an upgrade kit to the Stage1 tuner. It adds CANbus control and other features to the Stage1 tuning allowing multiple maps based on expanded engine criteria, smoother partial throttle performance, additional engine safety systems such as lean run or over boost, more advanced logging for those wanting to experience with different fuels and E85 mixtures, boost by gear to improve traction, and much more to come via free firmware updates. While Stage1 installs in under 60 seconds the JB4 install requires an additional OBDII cable to run through an existing grommet in the firewall adding 15-20 minutes to the process.”

Sheddy. I’m assuming that’s before and after. I really don’t like Dynapacs.

Those results are a big difference between stock and tune. What results is this showing tho? The stage 2+ looked like a huge let down from the results posted earlier. Is this showing progress that the limitations are being sorted out or is this just some guys results before and after?

Correct, this is a comparison between stock and Stage 2+.

This is a car in Taiwan that just got tuned with the Stage 2+, but I don't believe that the limitations issue has been resolved yet. For someone going from stock to stage 2+ this will make a huge difference.

I’m starting to think there is more to the torque drop off after 4600 RPM’s than just running out of turbo. Hope Tony finds some magic.

Torque is going to drop eventually, but with modified/removal of torque limitations we will see what happens.

Put on my turbo muffler delete. Didn't notice much other than hearing my pathetic little turbo more lol. Kinda sounds ridiculous.....I'm not used to a little twin scroll sound.
