PPE IS350 Headers
The flanges after the primary CATs are the same on an IS250 RWD & IS350 RWD.
I haven't been able to confirm whether or not there are two different oem manifolds or part numbers between the two different engines...
Prelim data says they are the same, but someone with access to the OE parts catalogue can better verify than me..

Verified myself that the IS250 AWD manifolds are different for sure..!!
(at least on the drivers side)

I actaully checked this out yesterday because i wanted to find out if my IS300 had the same manifold part numbers as the IS350 or 250
however i do remeber that there are diff model numbers for prodcution dates of (06- aug07), (aug07 - 08) and 09.
Ill verify later on today the diff remaining part numbers for the different model years
I actually got the part numbers from the toyota/lexus database that dealers use. I had access to US, Japan, European, Asia markets.
Im pretty sure the info i provided is accurate. Ill get you the info in detail w a pic so u can see what system im talking about.
Ok here it is w production dates

It seems like on the IS350 fits on IS250, and the GS's
But the 250 wont fit/isnt suitable for the 350
In 2005, the shared the same left side header. By 2008/08 , both had unique part numbers.
I foud this info by browsing the TOYOTA ELECTRONIC PART CATALOGUE SYSTEM V1.0 L40 R060
here is what it looks like, not sure if its the same system the lexus/toyota dealers use:

They told me they want to build a new exhaust for the car as well. One that will bolt-up to the headers and hopefully produce as much power as possible with the two mods. I'm excited if they do this.
The secondary CATs though are useless. New cars don't pollute much at ALL anymore. Even if you remove them and keep the primary set on, you will still pass all emissions. They are just extra restriction and prevention of opening up the true potential of our engines, lol.
Hopefully they will make a new exhaust to match the headers. I can just feel this car being capable of 300RWHP with basic bolt-ons.. FEEL IT!!

and the secondary cats rob like 1-2 hp, not much of a restriction really.
