Second key fob

I bought two an ex 350s December 2023. One second fob was delivered and I am still waiting on the other one and it is now the middle of May 2024.. I don’t know what they expect people to do if your key is stolen or lost I keep asking that question and get nowhere.

Did you receive a wallet key? I'd download the Digital Key from the Lexus app JIC(.... EDIT>,if eligible. see midcow3 post below).....

digital key is a separate package you pay additional to get :)

I purchased a 2024 Lexus RX 500h in Nov. 2023. They initially told me I would get the second fob in March 2024. That came and went when I was told it would be June 2024. That has come and gone too. This is BS. Lexus better get their stuff together or I'm buying a BMW next time.

Specify 2 fobs on delivery. I’m taking delivery tomorrow and it’s to come with 2 fobs and digital.

Unfortunately Lexus does not care. This is a business transaction. You are the buyer. They set terms. You set your terms… or walk away.
The Multi Shield covers a lost fob. Does not specify how long it will take.

But they are different keys, not physically, but logistically.
The keys they are selling are earmarked for selling. The keys discussed in this thread are supposed to come from the factory for the vehicle you bought.
For her 450h+, my daughter got a card key, 3 metal key and 1 fob. She is still waiting for one more fob.
