My Dad got his NX end of July 2024 and I got mine beginning of August 2024. A couple of days ago, my car had a message that a Key had been registered and to contact the dealer. This morning, I called the Lexus Brand Experience Number for a different issue and it said my NX has a Service Campaign Notice about the keys and to call the dealer. I called the dealer who said my keys are in and to schedule an appt to pair the fob to the kye. So its been about 3 months like the dealer said when we took delivery.

 

Just got the notice on my Lexus app. Heath > service campaign. Car is 5 months old.
