Default Timing Belt Replacement

I'm looking to replace the timing belt on my 95' SC400. I bought the CD repair manual made by Mitchell. However, it's not so clear and made me confused. Therefore, I would appreciated if anyone would give me some detailed instruction, and maybe some pics how to do it. Also, I'm wondering if I have to bleed the fan fluid, jumping wire or anything else in order to remove the fan, radiator, A/C compressor...etc. What is the easiest way to remove the crank sprocket bolt?

Or how much would it cost for labor to replace the timing belt in California?

Any info. is greatly appreciated.

You should use the search function, plenty of info. Also you might want to buy the manuals for your car, way better than that cd. I got mines(2total)from Sewall Lexus for $150.
