Default Should I Sell?

I'm thinking about selling my '07 460L with Executive Seating Pkg. 60.5K miles. I have owned it 4 yrs. and have only driven 12K miles since purchasing as a CPO. No mechanical problems. 60K service done last year. Practically new condition. Running on Lexani 22's w/5K on Pirellis Nero/ Zero's. Also have set of 18"OEM originals on Michelins for additional price. They have about 5K miles on the rubber. Not my primary driver. I do on avg. 250 miles a month local driving. Right now it's a garage queen albeit a nice one. I'm concerned about the market value. I don't have to sell. I'm thinking someone can get better use out of it. Any suggestions?

Well, you either want to sell it or you don't. It will sell if priced right - the lower the piece, the faster it will sell. Look up the Kelley blue book trade in value and price it a little above that if you're serious about selling it.

I think the whole market for 2007 models has taken a hit since these cars are now too old for CPO status. From this point, '07's will depreciate fairly slowly. Mileage and condition will increasingly dictate the value. If you still like the car, might as well keep it. The best time to sell would have been a year ago.

Well it certainly is worth less now than it last year when you were thinking about selling it. Obviously it will continue to lose value. If you don't really use it you may as well sell it. Plus you're paying insurance and excise/property tax on it.

It looks like you've been interested in selling it for a few years now. If that is the case, sell it. If not keep it. We aren't going to convince you to drive it more. Only you can decide if its worth it to keep it.

I have the same vehicle, and I know i'll be making the same decision when my miles get to around 50K.

I'll be moving into the LS600HL with executive package plus every possible option.
