10" Android screen for LS430
I must have missed the thing about using only the buttons to adjust temp.
As far as the wiring diagrams, the ones above are just for the stereo, unless I missed something. I need a pinout of the three plugs going to the nav screen on 2001-2003, and the two plugs going to the nav screen on a 2004-2006. I think we are missing one or two of the enviromental control wires. As is, I can live with it. I can get most everything to work. The android device isn't perfect, but it does what I've wanted to do with my car since I bought it. Would be nice to get it to 100%. I was also able to get my Grom device to somewhat work as a second CD changer. I just can't seem to be able to store stations for the HD radio.

I also want to thank almeshtaq! I was looking at the schematics and thought about splicing in the stand alone adapter. Read through the posts before I cut anything, and saw that he had done exactly what I was going to do. Still not sure why he needed to cut the gray and white wires - might be because of the integrated phone.
I made a little video of the radio and environmental controls -
Yeah, I don't think I am going to try and do that. The only things that don't work are the temp and the dual button. Everything else works fine.

I haven't ran the backup camera, but I ran power and remote turn on to the trunk for my subs and the antenna to my Grom - it's in the lower glove box. You can run behind the glove box to the android tablet, then out the other side down behind the trim panel. Then, you can remove the trim in the door jambs and run it there. I then went under the rear seats and through behind the rear seat back cushion into the trunk. It's a bit of work, but not too bad.
Might not though, because now that I think about it, I think the stock tuner is in the trunk. So I guess I am not really sure.
As far as going into the trunk, I believe there was a hole there, but I might have drilled one. Don't remember for sure, and I can't see it the way my subs are hidden.

Hey guys thank you for posting all of the info it is very informative
question.... this may have been stated already.... but does the Lexus radio volume **** control the volume of the tablet volume?
Also the RCA's outs.... are they pre Amplified or constant? meaning if you turn down the volume on the tablet does it affect the volume coming out of the RCA output I'm thinking of running a aftermarket amp with this tablet
and this would be one of the crucial things to know
Please reply when you get a chance thank you guys

when you turn down the volume on the tablet or on the steering wheel it does lower the volume overall
i think it's constant as when i turned up the tablet's volume to 28-30 and then turn up the OEM **** to around 30 the sound is really distorted but when i keep the tablet at 15-18 then i can crank up the OEM volume to 40-45 without major distortion
Mine is the same as vredniykot's.
On the volume issue, I will add one thing to what was posted above. I believe the volume control that you are adjusting with the steering wheel controls, and the volume ****, are making changes in the factory amp. So, if you go with an aftermarket amp, you would only be able to control the volume with the Android devices buttons. Everything else should probably work. I am not 100 percent sure since it has been awhile since I looked at that stuff. It's why I chose to augment the factory stereo with a Grom bt3, and replaced the factory sub with a sub box and two 10" woofers driven by aftermarket amps. It sounds pretty darn good. I get compliments from anybody that has done work ony car. They can't tell it has had anything done to it, other than the pounding bass.

I had a couple issues with the play store, so I ended up doing a factory reset. Looks like everything came back fine except for the wallpaper and the Icons on the home screen. Just dragged and dropped the ones I wanted. Bluetooth, original car, amd the ac controls all came back fine.
