New stereo
Hi,
I'm looking for inputs on what stereo would fit my 2001 ls430
I have a premium edition mark levinson, that sounds great. That said, I want to upgrade to 2013, with a new GPS, Bluetooth for iPhone etc etc a whole new console that will fit.
Anybody with good ideas?

Pioneer Avic-Z140BH
Having a Pioneer Avic-Z140BH installed into my 2006 LS 430 Base this week. After much research I finally decided on it but was originally leaning toward the DNX9990HD, but since has been discontinued.

If you are willing to wait until March/April the new Kenwood DNX890HD is wifi enabled that was announced at CES this year.
I'll post pictures once the new unit is installed.
Good Luck...!!!!

Lead Lap
Just about anything you want could be installed using products from Beat-Sonic: http://www.beatsonicusa.com/partfind...0430&Year=2001
If you like your ML and it's working well, you might be interested in products from VAIS: http://www.vaistech.com

Trim piece is a little weird looking at first site but overall looks very good.

Surprisingly, no rattles at all... Although, the main reason for replacing my stock until was because of a rattle. Riding quiet and rattle free now...! Now I have my sights set on some Vossen wheels! Enjoy.

Probably a little to much putting a Nexus 7 in my beloved 2006 430, but I thought I'd take a picture just to put it out there. It can be easly removed with no hard mounting points.

Really very simple. The $10 case I had for my Nexus 7 has a clasp that hold the case closed. I opened the door for the 6 pack cd, flipped the case over so the clasp was hinged and closed the cd door. Surprisingly, it holds the tablet very snug. I used two paper clips to stop the table from falling forward when stopping. To remove, I just open the cd door and out comes the Nexus 7. Not rocket science, but damn, it works very well......

Pretty Cool
This is my 2004 Lexus LS430 with 8" Samsung Tab A with a T-Mobile SIM Card so I don't have to use my phone as a hotspot to get navigation and to browse the internet. I also like the factory radio which I installed The Grom BT3 Bluetooth Interface System. I can control the tablet with my steering wheels controls or with the factory radio.
