do they sell any projectors for 1996 Lexus ls400?

In a word,, no. Would have to be a custom retrofit project.

If some one decides to search the words projectors and read any of the 5 posts in the last month they all will point to 1 thing , NO.
Custom can be done but liek any thing it is custom and requires $$$$$.
If you cannot see through the plastic or glass because it is flueted then projectors cannot work.

they sell them for 98+ only.

There are no aftermarket housings produced for the LS400.

it's a custom retrofit, nobody makes and sells complete projector headlight assemblies, at least not in the US.

interesting, it's such a new part that it's not even on depo's catalog (that was updated 3 months ago)

it was added to their catalog on Sunday 10 August, 2008. and they arent made by depo

hmm, the website name made me think it was made by depo, i'm actually pretty interested in this if they come with the autolevel motors. think i'll drop them a line.

Funny enough those headlight look like custom retrofitted projectors as the lens looks old and the projectors themselves don't look straight.
It is also not on a car so it is hard to tell with the poor lighting.
