Projectors

do they sell any projectors for 1996 Lexus ls400?

trukn1 05-05-09 08:30 PM

In a word,, no. Would have to be a custom retrofit project.

skperformance 05-05-09 09:22 PM

If some one decides to search the words projectors and read any of the 5 posts in the last month they all will point to 1 thing , NO.
Custom can be done but liek any thing it is custom and requires $$$$$.
If you cannot see through the plastic or glass because it is flueted then projectors cannot work.

ryhi 05-05-09 11:11 PM

they sell them for 98+ only.

ryhi
where can I get info on the projectors for a 98?

jcrome04 05-06-09 09:19 AM

There are no aftermarket housings produced for the LS400.

PureDrifter 05-06-09 11:30 AM

it's a custom retrofit, nobody makes and sells complete projector headlight assemblies, at least not in the US.

i'll make a couple calls, i did some test fitting with depo a while back.

ryhi 05-06-09 01:05 PM

hmm, the website name made me think it was made by depo, i'm actually pretty interested in this if they come with the autolevel motors. think i'll drop them a line.

Funny enough those headlight look like custom retrofitted projectors as the lens looks old and the projectors themselves don't look straight.
It is also not on a car so it is hard to tell with the poor lighting.
