Good man!
"They see you rolliiiin, they hatiiiiin!" lol 😎👍🏾
285 gives it a noticeably wider look. You wouldn't think 10mm more would be that much visually but to me it's noticeable, even if skewed by confirmation bias!

285/35/21 is the widest tire that will fit on the stock 21" LC500 wheel.

I have seen folks with 295 but it is out of spec for a 9.5" wheel and looks meaty. You would void any tire warranty running it but some people like that look.
I had my mobile tire tech slap a 295 on my OEM wheel, just to see how it looks. It was fine, wasn't an issue. I stayed with the 285's because that's what I had ordered.
Mysterious package showed up recently. My wife and kids found these illuminated door sills and bought them for me for father's day. They are magnetic and are meant to mount on the original door sill area but obviously with the carbon sills that is not possible. I found a solution and mounted them on the inside part here. The door still shuts without compromising any door seals and the auto on/off still works.
It's the thought that counts so I will keep them mounted in the car. It does look sharp at night. The company claims a single charge is good for 2-3 months of daily use.
Would love to see the response at the dealership when this comes in for service
The first time I took my convertible in for service the advisor asked if I had the top cut off.
Question: Why?
Answer: Because he/she wanted it.
Valid.
Very proud of whomever got the conversion at a quality mod-shop! I'm of the Keep It Simple and Serviceable School though. My doors work quite well as designed
