When you get all three like that it could very well be your maf sensor. I had a similiar problem with one of my o2 exhaust sensors. Do you have access to a OBDII scanner so you can see what codes your throwing...
ill have access to a obd2 scanner tomorrow morning
The first thing i would do is go back to my old configuration and see if the lights turn off. Why did you disconnect the maf sensor? Did you have to remove the intake? Did you disconnect the battery before you started the job?
I'd always get my codes read before resetting the ecu. It could be just a fuse that blew
When you removed the intake, did you also disconnect a hose? Look at your intake area and make sure everything is plugged in

hmm ill have to look into the fuse. I didnt disconnect any hoses jsut 2 10mm botls to moved the box around. I did take off the front scoop though. but i made sure it was secure when i put everything back together...only thing i disconnected was the maf sensor.
