I had to call them this past Friday evening because my credit card on file got hacked a couple of months ago and I forgot to put the new number in on the website. I also asked about the 10 year thing because I'm scheduled for a new car in December and wanted to confirm how my subscription would change and they said remote would cost $8 a month because Safety Connect is now complimentary.

I also called because I keep getting emails saying my services aren't connected even though the Enform website shows I'm enrolled. But I noticed last night that the emails are for my '14 CT that I haven't had for nearly two and a half years now so I guess I need to call them back to see if they can deactivate that account.
