Window Open message after Tints
My solution for the CEL and Trac Off light was to just disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. That took care of the CEL and Trac Off light.
For the "Window Opened" notification, I had to wait the 48-72 hour period for the tint's to have stuck on well enough for me to open/close windows.
Afterwards, I rolled all the windows down all the way, turned the car off, opened the door. Then closed the door, and turned the car back on, rolled all the windows back up, my passenger rear kept rolling back down after reaching the top, so I didn't use the automatic close. Once all the windows were closed, I turned the car off, and opened the door to look for the message, and it went away.
Has anybody ever run into this before? I found 1 thread on the ES forums where a similar situation happenned

As the motor amperage increases, the ECU perceives that the glass is hitting something, like a child's arm, and rolls the window down so the object and glass are both not damaged.
Whatever the tint material is, it's causing enough resistance on the glass going up for the Jam Protection to activate.
You could try to recalibrate the Auto window and see if that cures it.

I think I must have recalibrated it when I was fiddling with the window controls. I don't have anymore issues anymore, and everything is as intended.
