Driver door stopped unlocking?
My driver side door recently stopped unlocking when I touch the handle with the fob near by. When I am sitting inside of the car and press the unlock/lock buttons It is unresponsive as well. Further, if I try to unlock with the fob it doesn’t work. All of these issues happens about 70% of the time, so it does unlock occasionally. The passenger side door works perfectly fine when I attempt to unlock by touching the door handle. I’ve seen similar issues on here, but there doesn’t seem to be a clear answer. Does this have to do with the door actuator?

I would guess it's a sticking actuator based on your description. We're going to start seeing more and more 3IS problem threads it seems.
Are you able to do car work yourself? i'm sure you can pick up a cheap one on ebay.
Maybe take the door apart and see if you can pull the actuator and have a look

Surely it is just the actuator failing. They usually start working intermittently before they give it up all together. If you're still under warranty then hurry up and get it to the dealer because the OEM actuators are expensive. If you're out of warranty and handy, you can actually just take the actuator apart and replace the little motor inside of the case. It is a pain to do though, but cheap.
