For example, would a unit drom 2010 - 2013 be compatible?
Or, would a unit from 2006-2008 be compatible?

Hey guys, my navigation screen just died out on me... I have no idea what happened.
I've searched around and only 1 person experienced this problem and it fixed by itself.
The radio and clock both work but the navigation and all the buttons on the unit doesn't work..
It worked before but it was strange, it kept showing this power consumption screen and had vertical lines moving across.
My A/C is blasting and I cant turn it off! ITS COLD AS *****.
If you guys have any ideas it would help!

Someone said it might be the battery or alternator but my battery is fine, I don't know how to check my alternator..
Did you ever figure out what the issue was? Mine just started doing LITERALLY everything you just mentioned. The entire top unit is off. Radio, clock all still work and I have no idea what it could be. Thx

Your motherboard has died. You will need to replace it. I ordered the motherboard from: https://www.opuradio.com/products/denso-toyota-86111-53040-53060-86111-53280-53290-board-pcb-multi-dipslay-for-lexus-is250-is350-220d-gse20r-aeflhw-25l-462200-1431
I had to take the entire unit apart and replace the motherboard.
