I have a 2006 Lexus is250 that I am trying to replace the PC board. 462651-0012 (2/2) is my part number. I am having a very difficult time finding a solution for replacement online. I want to make sure that it will be compatible with my navigation unit. Any suggestions appreciated!
Board came from ali yesterday. It fits perfectly, and all working fine for now (no any reboots or freezes etc...). Menu and functions same as with 1/2 board. So, if anybody needs bugged board - welcome ))

I know exactly what causing the problem cause I've been repaired more than 30 units like this already. The heat you applied to the BGA is not enough to fix the solder (water soluble -lead free) for BGA.
For anyone want to take care of the blank/black screen problem. Go a head and order the display driver board, your problem will be fixed in no time.

Noticed most problems are with older models.
I have a 2015 RX350 where the ac/clock went out, then the Nav screen/radio followed in about 2wks.
Tried to reset by pulling off bat cable, holding down vol button, and have checked all the fuses with no success.
Trying to determine where to go next.

Last night I got into my 07ls460 and started the car. Everything powered up except the nav screen and climate controls. Even the hard buttons on the left and right of the unit weren’t lit up. Long story short I removed and reinstalled the climate control fuse in the fuse box located in the passenger footwell. Everything powered back on. THANK GOD.
Finally fixed the nav, it turns out it was my alternator. After 3 weeks LOL. But finally got it working and I have heat for the winter!
/Sorry for kinda grave digging my own thread, just wanted to update for those who have this problem.

hello I know it's been some time since you made this post but I was wondering if you remember the symptoms I'm having a problem with my Lexus to where I have no power to the nav screen or the audio and my alternator light is on are you thinking that the alternator is bad and once I replace it that will fix the issue with the no power to the nav screen
I have this exact same issue. Everything works perfectly except the buttons are swapped. I guess I got a right hand drive PCB???

You should check your battery and alternator. When you saw "power consumption" that mean your alternator is being bad.
