Register as an owner at lexus.com and you'll be able to see service history and any outstanding (not done) recalls for your car.

It looks like the pedal entrapment recall might have been taken care of, not sure but this is what it says under service discription: "9LG REPL PEDAL PAD, REFLASH, AWFM - IS MODELS ONLY"

It's still showing the valve spring recall, i wonder if i'll qualify for the gift card

I received the new 100k Power Train warranty card but no $500 GC.

No GC for me so far. I did get and save the letter stating I would receive a GC later.

I have the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought my IS350 in 2006. I received the extended warranty in the mail as well but no gift card. I called Lexus customer service and they gave me this number to call, 1-800 448-1505. I spoke to a customer service rep and was told they messed up with me and are correcting the issue. I should receive my gift card in about 30 days.

Just got off the phone with lexus will receive a gc but in order to receive it i have to fax my contract of my aftermarket warranty...if your car does not have an extended warranty registered with lexus will automatically give you the warranty, now if you show proof you have an aftermarket third party warranty then they will send you the card...i am faxing the contract of my extended warranty cuz i really want the gc jajajaja

What I wanna know is the IS250 has had more recalls and problems yet we don't get this...

I recently got my "gift card" from Lexus for the valve spring recall and I know it works at the Sewell site but does it work at L-Tuned/carson toyota? I searched and couldn't find anything and I didn't want to read through the really long thread.

I thought i read before that it was just a pre-paid Visa? If that's still the case, you can use it anywhere probably

nope its only valid for parts or labor at dealers.

That is correct, it can't be used anywhere. I'm wondering if L-Tuned/Caron is one of those "dealers"

Heard L-tuned take it. True it's a prepaid card from Lexus to only be used for lexus. Kinda like a gift card to Macy where that the only place you can use it. Not like you can take a Macy GC to use at GAP you know what I mean.

yeah l-tuned does take it ordered some parts with the gift card i got for the recall also!
