Typical wait time for NX350H
Got our NX 350h at MSRP (no markup) after 3 months wait. Car was built in Japan.
That's because we were very flexible with colors. Dealer allowed us to strike down certain color combinations.
We also didn't order any special options, only the most popular in addition to the Premium package.
So we were in the running for any allocation that matched what we didn't strike down.

I noticed that in the Los Angeles area, dealers have many 350h base models with MSRPs over $47,000. There are many options added, which makes them about the same price as 350h premium models that were available earlier in the year. Here is one example that I saw today. https://www.jimfalkbeverlyhillslexus...AKCEZ3P5007221
My wait time from a first contact via email to delivery was exactly 4 months. Submitted my "required specs" in mid-August, got a first call about an available vehicle in mid-October, but I wasn't an exact match with my specs so I passed. Second call two days after Thanksgiving that another vehicle was coming. This one was almost exactly what I was looking for. Delivered to the dealer first week of December, picked it up on Dec 10.
My specs were NX 350h Base with moonroof and power rear hatch, and nothing else. The actual vehicle came with a couple of port added options on top of my specs, but the total of these "unwanted" options was only a few hundred dollars so I accepted to take that vehicle.

Mine is coming in 1-2 weeks. I made my deposit in March of 2022. There was one in July but it wasn’t one of my top preferred colors, so I elected to wait. 4 months maybe, but if you’re waiting for a specific color-exterior and interior, I would expect like 8-10 months lol

Very similar to my premium. Very loaded except for the Pano roof (which I didn't want), except for the 20" wheels (which I didn't want), no ML stereo (which I didn't want). I also got a few things I didn't want but we weren't able to order the car so it goes. I really wanted Rioja interior and didn't get it. A frog I had to swallow but other than that the car has so many pluses. Now it's just a matter of build and delivery. Good thing...I need to save for it now! LOL.

i was set on having black interior, and wouldn’t have accepted anything else
I now have black interior with Cloudburst gray paint. It’s an attractive combo except I’ve had it previously on several cars. The other thing is the black interior gets the white headliner where Rioja gets a black headliner. I’ve had black headliners several times and really like the rich feel in the cabin. But so it goes.

Yes you definitely do not want the 20 inch wheels, I compared mileage to a car with 18 inch wheels and mine with 20 inch wheels as I had a loaner for a week with the 18 inch wheels and the overall mileage difference was way way too much, on average the 18 inch wheels for the in town trip that I take all the time was around 45 MPG because I drive very very carefully to have it on battery as much as possible But in my car with the 20 inch wheels 35 to 37 for the exact same trip.
