Be creative man, its not the end of the world. I cant really see whats going on there, but needle nose is one way. If they're wedged in there, use an ice pick that is very very sharp or anything of the sort that you can stick in there and pry it out.
Dont for get to disconnect the battery before doing anything.

That I'm not sure man. It could be wedged and snapped into the box or it could be screwed to the box. Gotta look around the white part and see if you can see any tabs from the black part holding the white part in place. On my drag car all I had to do was put shims all the way around (between the white and black part) to push out the tabs/indentations from the black part away from the white and it slid right out. But of course all the wires are still attached underneath. No its not an easy thing to do and if you dont believe you're mechanically inclined enough to know what to do next, I wouldnt try it Wires will most likely be needed to be removed from underneath to give you room to work as well as some may fall off on their own. It can be done, but you need to be very conscience of whats going on.

LoL Did you even attempt to remove the inner block from the black case you drilled in? This is a maintenance item, even if its hard to get to, its not something that would require drilling. Glad you got it out, but that inner block should have snapped right out.
EDIT:
Man, even the video showed how to remove the block haha
