Help!!! ABS FUSE REPLACE!!!!
Should have told me sooner, I would have flown over there and pulled it out for a million bucks... (the fuse block that is)
It comes out, just need the right tools. Once you find the snaps, all you need are shims and a flat head
At least shes back on the road

Stop no drilling, you guys drilling for oil. Some fuse block come under and some come up. Look down in the fuse block you will c retainers get a thin flat screwdrivers and pry open by the retainers push down or pull up c which way it moves the just unscrew the bolts and remove whats left of the fuse. Got to have a 10mm and 8 mm socket 1/4 inch drive . Goodluck

Too late now, he already drilled it.
I know that this thread is kind of old but I just had to do this and had this exact issue. The fuse box is the same as the IS so just follow the same steps as in the attached PDF from the IS forums. One thing that this doesn't mention is that you'll need to remove the battery in order to get enough slack to pull the fuse block up. I hope this helps someone.
