I rather have a quiet restrained ride so I can boom the song I like and still go fast. And if you think you don't need to pay attention when controlling a 1020hp 2 ton beast, I don't know what else to tell you.

If I wanted sound, I would rather get something like a gt500, or maybe a z06. But honestly, after having so many modified cars, could care less now especially that I have a factory warranty to back it up.
He's basically asking you to downgrade to an Atari 2600 from a PlayStation 5. Nope 😂

Roflmao... I think most pro ice guys think only nerds and non car guys buy ev's. They can't fathom a gearhead like me could possibly like an EV, and on top of that, probably think I never mod my cars or something....been there, done that...

Hey man I could have said the Odyssey (remember Pong?) but that would have been taking it a little too far 😃

Nice 👍. EV'S just turn the fun on silently. I used to love the sound of my IS350 when it hit over 5000 rpm, but now I prefer the quiet and torque you feel in your brain and stomach. And the look on my wife's face when I go down on the throttle Check out the straightPipes review of the EV6 and tell me they are not having fun

This picture is so California. Nice car. Do you consider this a BMW or a Toyota? Lol. I saw one the other day and the guy had a BMW frame on it. Kind of makes sense. I too think most EV owners aren't like you. Many I know buy for the autopilot feature. They don't even want to drive. They commute/travel quite a bit and want to be able to do other things on the roads.

That's mostly because they commute in heavy traffic. I would never buy the auto pilot feature, I like driving myself. I'm also not a very good passenger, I end up being a backseat driver

Not gonna happen.
The same way I do today. Order it from Abt, and two hours later a couple of nice gentlemen will be unboxing it for me in my living room, at no charge. For $150 they'll mount it for me.

We did just that a few weeks ago. Delivery and mounting. As usual the Abt people did a nice job. No need to haul anything.

There is no sound, no drama, really no involvement driving these Teslas imo.

I personally would get a X5M comp, GLE63 or Cayenne Turbo for the sound alone.
Way more luxurious and better built.
Have you driven a Plaid or any performance Tesla? The word "Boring" and Tesla don't go together. Any Tesla owner can tell you that. And it's not drinking Kool aid.

I bought a few things from abt around 2010 but somehow never bought anything else from them since. I remember when I got my 55" they had to ship through a third party if I remember correctly. Still have it to this day. Still working and nice clean pictures but heavy like ****. I "hope" the OP won't be using his Tesla or car to transport TVs.

The EQS SUV is very nice but not sporty. It would suffer greatly compared to the Model X if driving fun is a main concern.

i mean how 'sporty' is one going to drive a huge heavy model X besides fast in a straight line? it's not a track vehicle

i found the eqs suv suspension to be wonderful.

Lol....I consider it the best if both worlds hence my license plate, thanks!

And the best Supra yet to date...I would know since I've owned 4 of them now (2 MKIVs and 2 MKVs)

As far as EV, we're car enthusiasts right? We wouldn't fall into stereotypical traps of what a person drives whether it's a civic, a Prius, or an EV, would we now? :P

Have you drove a model s yet? Or even better a plaid? If not, you should try it.....
