the G30 model? that's awesome congrats! the B58 + ZF 8-speed is one of those hall of fame engine/transmission combos

also is it x-drive? either way def look into the JB4 piggyback tune, and possibly an intake too for letting out some turbo sounds haha

 

Deal was decent enough, hoped for better, but overall I think i came away well when comparing to KBB, Cargurus, and other vehicles on the market. Couldn't bring them down off some of the stupid mandatory add-ons that they do when they take it in, unfortunately. Either they or the prior owner tinted it really dark. I'm going to see how it drives at night but it might be a legitimate concern and I may end up removing the tint on the front windows and going to something a little less dark. The tint does pop against the white though.

Overall I paid less for this car than I did for my truck, but it's gonna be this one that makes me feel awkward to tell people about. I'm sure it will cost me more than the truck in the long-run though.

It's not x-drive. I specifically excluded X-drive cars from my search. No need for an AWD car in Las Vegas, wanted to reduce the potential additional maintenance on a bimmer as well. It's not an M-sport so it doesn't have staggered tire sizes, which means I should be able to rotate all four wheels. Once the runflats wear out, I'm ditching them for normal tires and a spare.

Can't wait to see the new car. Love how he can't get rid of his TRUCK because he loves it so much haha. I wouldn't want rid of an F150 spec'd like his either.

What you mean "like it should be" ? All that burnouts and drifting do is tear up one's rear tires..and the driveline.

yeah i love the awd in my ev, the 'launch' is incredible, like it's glued to the road.

i also love the rwd in the lc.

 

I sold the Fusion shortly after buying the truck. It's still in good hands and running strong. Pics below:

The car's in great shape, somebody definitely cared for it. Had a complete service history, unlike a lot of the others I looked at which had 20-30k mile gaps in service records. It should keep relatively cool in the summer, being white on white. Definitely not getting skin cancer riding around in this. There's no way the front tint is legal. I may go have it redone at the legal limit because it's hard to see out of.

 

Looks good. With any of that tint in MD it would never have passed inspection. I’m surprised tint that dark and on the front windshield is legal in NY.
