looks like you view the photo then take a screenshot, then post the screenshot of the photo?

That is hilarious you mentioned that because I had to take a few friends to Johnson City and it's right at the Pigeon Forge exit in plain view and we passed it. This was recent, last week.
I had already heard about it just in passing on the news----120 gas pumps!!!! It's HUGGGGGGE. I'll pass getting gas there, though.

I would now after learning all the neat things about these stations, but it's outside of town near Sevierville (Dollywood) Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (mountains) exit. I'll check it out the next time I'm out that way, but who knows when that will be. I do remember the thing being just absolutely HUGE.

It can get high enough in altitude, though, that you may notice some power-loss, especially with a non-turbo engine.
Lol, not even close to a boomer then. You're either among the last of Gen X (1965-1980) or what is now being called a "Geriatric Millennial", the earliest tranche of that generation which overall ran from 1981-1996.
I have a good friend who is a former Benz tech and worked for 2 dealers here. He said they could tell when people used cheap, low octane fuel because of all the deposits and muck when they pulled heads off. He recommended only Shell or Chevron (why not 76 or Mobil? Dunno) and only 91 octane, which is the highest octane non race fuel we can get here. I am partial to Shell.

Buy quality fuel of the octane rating recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Octane is a measure of how resistant fuel is to combusting. It's important in high-compression and high load applications, because it prevents pre-ignition (detonation). But using too high an octane in a "normal" engine reduces efficiency and power, because the fuel is too difficult to ignite and may burn slower than intended. You want ignition to occur just before TDC, so that the flame front hits the piston at the very start of the downstroke.
Poor quality and low octane are two different things. You can have a clean, high-quality 87 fuel, and a 93 with a bunch of crap in it.

Sorry but I carried a 230cm tall / 75cm(x2) wide / whatever deep (the "deeper" option) Ikea PAX frame with an e120 (9th gen) Corolla hatch. Wagons way bigger than that (i.e. Passat) are quite regular over here. So... no, sorry, no.
The ONLY arguments that I've heard pro-SUVs are the seating position and ease of entry/exit for some people - that's it. Ride's worse, handling's worse, performance is worse, fuel economy is ridiculous on the highway, "backroad" capabilities are available for just about every wagon out there - and they tend to look great to boot (superb scout / xc70 / passat alltrack / BL/BP outback / e-class all-terrain and so on and so forth).
Things with actual offroad capabilities (you know, cherokees) are obviously out of the SUV hate list.

Can you at least admit SUV's look cooler that wagons?
Sorry, that's a loaded question cuz lately some of the newer SUV's don't look better lol
Ok, ya'll will probably think I have bad taste but I actually like the older Mercedes wagons and I would drive it, weekend cruiser for a little while anyway,

I think you were the one who really disliked the facelifted Escalade (going back a year or so). Has the look grown on you? I assume so based on your post of the Yukon (which is beautiful). I always thought the new Escalade design was awesome, now when I see the prior gen I feel that way even more strongly. I love the more sleek and narrow headlights and grille design.
Hi Lerewolf,

To each their own and the American market is decidedly in favor of SUVs so I am *** out

You weren’t asking me but I am a fan of wagons. When I go to Europe, I have car envy due to all the wagons available. I do not care for SUVs and never have. The crossovers specifically are basically high compact cars with big tires. When an acquaintance called his CRV a truck, how could I be expected not to laugh?
