Tomorrow is van day lol. I get my car cleaned up once a week, but I do the Pacifica every other week or once a month. It’s…not as clean as the S560 inside lol. This is one week of use this time.
When I have time, I will try for sure. I haven’t done it for awhile only vacumn. Do all these stuff leave behind a smell? That’s what I’m afraid of most.
on a different note, I was looking at this screen. This is the piwer guage. Am I really only using this much power or this gauge is bogus?

The Pacifica looks good! I've seen some reviews of the Pure Shine Detailer and they've been positive. I like the anti-static properties. My X3 is black and needs any help it can get in that area. After seeing actual results I guess another one I'll have to try along with the AutoFiber Scrub Ninja pads. Time to do some spring cleaning of some of my old detailing products to make room for new things.
It causes an internal short that tbt good one tries to "fill" till it's gone is the way that immediately comes to mind. There are other ways as well and that's the cost of a failure in a multi cell system of any kind, you can actually have it occur in a normal battery as well
Waiting on a tow truck for the Pacifica. I guess that the auxiliary battery killed the main battery. Won’t jump off my jump starter either.
Yep. Just happened to my buddy’s Wrangler last week. FCA’s battery management system isn’t the best. Not to mention the batteries themselves don’t seem to be high quality.
LX owner here (2010) - I've been renting a 2022 Suburban during family vacation the last 5 days and I'm really impressed with the improvements GM has made to this lineup with the 2021 refresh, both cosmetically/interior, and ride quality. The Suburban is a beast but is incredibly nimble when pulling into parking spaces. Fit and finish on our LT model is really nice. The Suburban is too big for us so I would likely buy Tahoe/Yukon. I asked my wife and kids last night to name at least 1 thing they like about our SUV more than the rental and the only thing anyone came up with is our LX has rear heated seats (which I'm sure is an option on higher trims of the Suburban). 2nd row captain chairs are awesome, tons of room. And the amount of rear storage without the jump seats in the way like our LX is the biggest driving factor for me.
I used to rent 2019 or 2020 Yukon/Tahoe's and get back in our LX and feel the LX was a "tighter" vehicle with better ride quality, but I don't think I'll be feeling that way after this experience. Granted I'm comparing a 2010 and a 2022, but I was always comparing an older Lexus to all kinds of other newer cars and still preferring either my LS or the LX to them. That's not feeling like the case any longer.
I have a feeling if car prices ever calm down, I'll likely not have a Toyota/Lexus product in my garage for the first time in 20 years. The LS got replaced by a Model Y and I don't think the new Sequoia is in the running to replace the LX.

Suburbans are great. I'm thinking of renting a Denali or Escalade on a trip out to California this summer to have for a week.
