As I approach to the car, tail light and drl turn on and the car unlocks. But I think this could be because I have the package. Forgot what it’s called. Convenience or Comfort Package.

 

Fun times, great song. Music drowns out the very very intoxicating V8 noises and exhaust. And no that’s not a check engine light it’s the bulb light for the tail marker haha.

 

Back to the V8 talk, just FWIW I’ve seen 2 X7s out today. Both V8s I realize they sell in low numbers but not here and that’s all I was ever saying.. Just like Land Cruisers and LXs. Please don’t accuse me of having selective vision or whatever, that’s frankly insulting. Every one of these I see, I check.

 

I don't doubt thats what you see where you are, it just doesn't mean anything statistically.

 

Never said it did lol. But people used to say “but they only sell 4k LXs” when I would talk about how they’re all over the place here, too. V8 heavy area here is all I was ever saying.

Agree, W222 interior was better for sure.

 

The screens aren't so bad, as I have seen it more they bother me less and less. I still prefer mine, though.

 

I really like the dash and vents on yours.

 

Me too...The big improvement is the infotainment, mine can be pretty laggy. The new one is supposed to be much quicker

 

Drive around for a week and count the number of X7 M50i compared to 40i. I would bet you would see a good bit more X7 40i’s out there.

 

I am. So far it’s two V8s versus one I6 which I saw today.
