Not a fan of how the GV60 looks. I have been loving all of genesis new designs but this one missed the mark for me. For lack of a better word it looks cute lol. Something I think a teenage girl would love.
The mach e, ioniq 5 and ev6 looks a lot better. Not a big fan of the model Y looks but I prefer the look over the GV60.
It has the shorter wheelbase of the EV6 but also the shorter overhangs of the Ioniq 5, which is how it's able to be shorter than both. I don't love how it looks, but I understand that Genesis had to proportion it in this compromised manner so that it doesn't step on the toes of the GV70 in size.
Credit to Genesis where credit is due- it's much more interesting in-and-out than the Q4 E-Tron, which is probably its most direct rival.
EV6 already reaches pretty high in price, nearly $60K, which is above the Q4 e-tron. Of course the EV6 in that spec has considerably more power than the Q4. I think the GV60 is going to be pricey, probably starting well north of where Q4 e-tron does. Depends on what configurations Genesis brings to the U.S. But I'd guess a starting price in the mid to upper $50s on the GV60.

In the Asian Petrolhead video above, the Korean version of the GV60 starts at $50K direct conversion, which means the US version will cost less than that since U.S. pricing is always lower than Korean pricing. And the EV6 isn't a good indicator of price because the only U.S. price we have so far to quote it is the launch edition at $58K which as with any launch edition is going to be more expensive than the loaded version.
The GV60 might very well outprice the Q4 though, that I don't disagree with.
For all my gripes with how it looks on the outside, the interior is pretty much class-leading. Blows the plastic-filled Q4 and featureless Model Y out the water.
Ordinarily I like bright colors, but I agree wth Motorola that that one is questionable. And to combine it with a BLUE interior? Not sure what the designers were thinking.
This vehicle also sits so low to the ground that IMO it looks more like a small hatchback than a crossover. A true crossover has to have some ground clearance.

Q4? Do you mean ID4?
Yes, this GV60 interior is very nice. Had to laugh though that the charged the car starting at 40% for half an hour and it only gained 3%.
