3k more than an ioniq/ev6, not bad at all. was expecting a larger premium for this car. but still prefer the former over the gv60. just dont like the looks inside or out.

According to Genesis's site it'll only be launched initially in CA, CT, NJ and NY in "extremely limited quantities." It's going to be even more tough to find than an Ioniq 5, maybe to the same extent as the RZ450.

I feel like Genesis wants to prioritize the GV70 electric in the U.S. over the GV60 which seems more Euro-centric. Which is why they're going to be building the electric GV70 here in the States and not the GV60.

Yeah...if I find my Ioniq 5 before I find the GV60, i'm fine with it. The GV70 EV may not have great range given its shared platform. The GV60 is barely 250 miles of range as is. Anything less would be something I wouldn't be interested in.

all electric vehicles are highly limited in availability. even a tesla you likely can't get new until next year.

Lyriq is an iX and Model X competitor, those prices are without options so it's going to be a much pricier vehicle than the Q4/GV60/RZ comparably equipped.

If you're comparing sizes only then yes, but pricing and spec wise the Lyriq and GV60 will be cross shopped no doubt. The Model X starts at $105,840 is almost in a league of it's own, save for the iX M60 starting at $105,100. (iX M50 starts at $83,200)

I built a GV60 on their website and it comes pretty much fully loaded. I'm unsure of the Lyric as the build option isn't there yet. Typically, Caddy's have a decent number of options from the base price but lets see if this is different for their EVs.

I really don't think anyone is going to consider a base model Lyriq over a loaded GV60 at the same price.

The Escalade could be loaded up with $30K worth of options. The Lyriq will probably be the same.

isn't the lyriq a good bit bigger than a gv60?

Significantly - it's 20 inches longer. I was actually surprised to see it mentioned in this thread lol. I don't really these being cross shopped to any major degree.

Spent some time in the GV60 Performance yesterday, so one that is at $69K.

Will do a write up eventually, but I think it's definitely worth the price. Given that Ioniq 5 Limiteds are handily commanding their $56K pricing, the GV60 with its nicer interior materials, features and healthy power boost should easily command the $69K price point.

Wonderful blend of luxury and performance.

Yes the range numbers aren't high on paper, but the 800V architecture and the speed with which it can DC Fast Charge should make up for it for now. Great first EV for the brand.
