I don't care about the era, a so called "full self driving" system driving itself into a concrete wall is pathetic and laughable.

I think some of the hate is jealousy. I actually like him and like how he isn’t afraid to try new things. The only thing I don’t like is how he can do/say whatever he wants and his cult followers and others just say, that’s just Elon. If any other executive made the promises he has made and didn’t live up to them they would get so much more hate or even be fired. Elon just gets a free pass.

Well that's not an example of a 'lie' as you stated. It just means the recall didn't in fact fix the problem.

He makes all the announcements, all the tweets, and so many of his statements aren't true, or don't come true, that it's hard to take hardly any of what he says seriously, while not doubting that the guy is super talented, and tesla IS being innovative and making progress.
