You're a pretty miserable person it seems. Even @Margate330 doesn't like you, and it takes a lot to **** him off
Well I know you dislike me because I trash Tesla and your overlords lol. Plus you have thin skin. Why he doesnt like me, I dont care enough to find out. I do appreciate the honesty though.
You were pretty rude to him. Ask yourself what the purpose of that post was, especially when you are deriding people for posting things of no benefit.

I have gone to the model specific forums and posts are far and few in between. Car Chat is where the energy is at and should be kept going.
People will always come and go. There are new people contributing to Car Chat that weren't around a year or 6 months ago, just look at their join date, and people who used to contribute who have moved on.
As for the model specific forums thats just not true, if you look down the list of model forums of the 17 model groups 9 have the last post from within an hour ago, 15 have the last post within 24 hours. Thats pretty good.

I've been openly not a fan of Tesla and @AMIRZA786 has been nice to me........

I've tried to be nice to you, but frankly you are an *******, so it's been pretty hard

new york city people are naturally a bit cranky (there's a lot to constantly be annoyed about in that city!) and sometimes don't translate well over text, in person i'm sure it'd be clear there's no hard feelings haha

I'm just confused by what he's trying to say. It's just all over the place. Oh well such is life. If he didnt like it, he can tell me himself I was out of line.

Stroock gets it. I'll gladly have a discussion with you in person, beer in hand, about how terrible Elon and the orange diarrhea is. And how Elon could have spent his time improving Tesla instead of wearing a cheesehat wielding a chainsaw on stage celebrating ruining lives.

If you intended me harm with you post, yes it's out of line and I think you know that.
I don't come here for the sport of sparring with others and tear people down to hurt them.
And, it's not about "city life" or needing to have "tough skin", I call BS on that too.
If someone intends harm, it's exactly what it looks like.
That's exactly what it is.
-this site went really downhill with the constant censorship…
-banning politics is an error if engagement is what is desired. Everything automotive is political…for example (Canada’s pivot to China for electric vehicles was a political statement). How else does one frame the discussion? Canada buys 1.75 million American made vehicles and that is now on the decline as Canadian customers pivot in their purchases. How else to discuss? The current America’s tariffs are an attempt to deconstruct the North American electric vehicle supply chain as EVs vs ICE is a political thing. It’s a California thing. Where are all the new battery factories…in Kentucky, Tennesee, Michigan..…just saying, there is politics in every part auto industry. Talk of politics is a must…my 4Runner V8 is still on the road because the conservative government abolished emissions testing. Akio Toyota wore a MAGA hat and faced no backlash..it showsToyota is not a political company
-perhaps members who don’t like something, should just not read it, if two members want to duke it out…reinforce individual members choice that they don’t have engage. It is on the member to cooperate
-closing threads is mostly a mistake. -personally have caused my fair share of trouble on this forum…but, the last few years or so…was able to stay out the previous admins wrath but creating an ignore list went a whole bunch of years with no private PMs. Here is my ignore list
Spoiler
Even sent the previous admin an apology for all the drama. Members should be encouraged to create their own ignore lists
-the merge of the EV and ICE threads was an excellent decision.
-allowing swear words was a big mistake..one can **** but they can’t say TRUMP..it doesn’t make sense…it doesn’t fit
-the members are the drivers of this forum, the members create the engagement, perhaps the mods could consult one on one with the most regular members to find out what everyone truly wants?
-hopefully politics is not banned
-one request..please don’t close the Hyundai/Kia recall thread… that thread is epic…it truly brings balance to the force
