Diversity of opinion is good. We are seeing now in our political landscape what happens with like minded ideology. Paul is more of the tech guy and uninterrupted CL vet and I’m more of the Lexus and management guy. The community team has their input as well and we take into account feedback from members. We are going through some changes and we won’t be perfect. Patience is needed. Diversity of thought is needed.
One thing @bitkahuna and myself adamantly agree upon is no personal attacks. We have let our hair down with related political commentary but it’s becoming sadly obvious we might have to go back to a hard line policy as some people simply cannot help themselves by insulting others.
Bit and I have known each other for what 25 years or so? We have also had ups and downs in our relationship. He doesn’t own a Lexus anymore and I do. We have had laughs and apologized to each other after hard conversations. We are both here to lead and help CL as much as we can. I have always admired him and seen him as a big bro.
Now off to have a good lunch i might post pics lol
Personal insults arent political related I feel. The insults came when someone has an axe to grind and disagrees with people's preferences. I'm somewhat guilty of it myself, but I dont believe I went as far as calling someone names in this forum and certainly not for political reasons.

My post was a reply to the overall situation, not to you. I don’t recall you making personal attacks
The laugh was meant more for how Steven Seagal ran than the DMX meaning, which is far from what I picture you as being… well maybe the “no-nonsense attitude” might be correct
