Yes. I live in a rural area. Either drive it or be stuck in the house. I’m not running a taxi service to drive you around. 🙃 Uber isn’t coming to pick you up.

Keep putting xx-20 weight oils in engines with high FPM values and peak stress......this is just like rover engines blowing up from too light of oil.
The GM small blocks are actually very unusually high FPM engines with really high peak rod loads. Combine that with a mediocre oiling setup and too low HTHS oils and the rods are first to go
I've been using 0-20w in my Sienna since the beginning, it's now officially 12 years old, has over 170k of hard driven miles in peak summer in temps around 115 F, and so far zero engine issues, zero oil leaks (that I can see), although I've never put a scope down it. It's not a 6 litter V8 pushing a lot of power, I don't know if that makes a difference

Family in town and they need a set of wheels, I extend the Prius to them.
It’s has CP
I'm glad all my family lives within driving distance. The only problem we have when they visit is shuffling cars around in my driveway.

I've been running 5w20 synthetic in my F150 as well with no issues.

I thought you were in that nice suburb? Is it just out away from other stuff I assume?

It makes a huge difference and the oiling setup is not as good relatively speaking on top of the fact the LS/LT was originally clearanced for 30 weight and the performance specs are still using 40

A neighborhood outside the city. There’s a hay field/pasture that backs up to us.
We have more land further out so we’re back & forth. 🐄🚜
This pic is walking distance(next street over) from my doorstep. My friend lives less than a mile away on 130ish acres. And the family across from him probably has at least 4-5x more acreage. He has 18 wheelers bringing in and taking out hay.

Louisiana & Texas. Have properties in both. We buy majority of our vehicles in Texas. The dealer where I got the Rav plug in from wouldn’t sell me the vehicle if I registered it in Louisiana so I registered it in Texas.
I’m mainly in Louisiana
