That's what I love about my property, I have 6000 sq ft, most of that is land. I have parking for an RV and boat, or four cars in the back. I have plenty of room to expand the house, and plenty of room if I wanted to go four car garage. And what I paid for my house was a steal, it literally doubled in value in 9 years. I would be an absolute fool to sell and leave this amazing weather. When I retire, probably a different story.

When my kids have left the nest, I plan to add a weekend car. Probably something along the lines of an M3, or who knows, maybe a Model S

The X7 has been hit in the parking lot 2x already. Cost me around $450 to repair.

Garages here in Vegas tend to be small "2" car garages, but good luck opening your car doors if you put 2 cars in the garage. I think the bigger more expensive homes in Summerlin are getting bigger garages though.

I keep the 540i in the garage on one side, and the other side is mostly tools and storage. I couldn't even park my 540i over there anyway because the washer and dryer are against the inside wall and stick out too far for this car to park in that spot.

The truck just lives out in the driveway, too long to fit at all.

My garage is deep enough to fit your F-150, but good luck getting a second car in there. Once I tear it down and rebuild it, I'll be able to fit 3 F-150's

Mine fits two cars snugly but decently. It's all this crap that's in there that needs to go.

LX will fit but Yukon won't.

I would move to tornado alley if I could get a giant 5-6 car garage.

That's exactly how I view my 500. It's got a couple tiny dings and it'll get a lot more. No sense in worrying about it.

I remember watching some English guy who daily drove his Ferrari F40. He didn't give a crap about the nicks and scratches it accumulated throughout its life.

I love cars, but in the end, they are just material possessions. It's not like I don't have an oh crap moment, but it passes and I move on. If you are someone who can't tolerate scratches and dings, just park the car and don't drive it

When we got our Q7, I tried to fit it in one of our stalls. After 20 minutes of adjusting I had it just about in correctly. At that point I decided there was no way we were going to go through this much effort on the regular, and it therefore has lived on the driveway for the past 8 years.

Do you guys keep the dealership sticker or badge on your car (Lexus), or do you remove it for a cleaner look?"

I could build a 4 car one on my lot in TN, you don't have to go to tornado alley.

I have a 10,000 sq foot lot.

Our two cars fit well in our garage...as long as we back in.

Have you looked into the cost to get it fixed? I know exactly how you feel.
