Ive installed at that expensive place in Fremont 3 times. Ive sold all 3 vehicles and did not see an "increase" in value, nor did the next owners really appreciated the detail.
ha, not surprised. although maybe they appreciate that it's not as dinged up so it sells more easily, even if not for more money.
Now I lease my Audi so I don't even bother. I'd say that it's a good investment if you are OCD and can't stand the look of paint chips.
respect to steve, but yes for a leased car i cannot understand shelling out for ppf.
absolutely your prerogative. you hate "micro marring" too.
Thats why I don't drive black cars...
I use products like that on my cars all the time you just can't see the micromarring. Thats why I gave him that advice, on a straight black car you can make it look worse trying to fix things like that yourself.

Unfortunately I'm a sucker for Black cars. Ever since I was a kid. My wife is not too happy about that
This is for you @Bob04 an uncluttered charging cable:
The old cable from the Electrify Home charger had become unmanageable, it lost most of it's flexibility. If you pulled it to tight, the car would show that the cable wasn't plugged in properly. The Tesla charging cable is thin and flexible, and easy to manage, but I'm sure my wife will figure out ways of stressing it

Yes and no. I have a metal gate that makes it tricky to back in. It's a bit tricky to back out as well, my wife is scared to if she has to back out from where both the Ioniq and where you see the Tesla is in this picture, and either my myself or daughter have to do it for her. But the cable reaches, so I don't bother to back in
