The new so far. Radiator, 170 degree thermostat, and new A/C condenser installed. The new FMIC comes in a few days. I’ll be pulling the fuel line to fit the flex fuel sensor as I wait.

Working on my E85 flex-fuel system. Got this high flow adapter to sense fuel and still provide full flow to the rail.

The new FMIC is here and I’m beginning the work to get it to fit. Some new hot side pipes are needed, some cutting of the frame, and creating some mounts. It’s only a few inches wider and taller, but 4.5” thick compared to the 3” thick one removed. The inside of the intercooler is baffled to direct air to the upper levels. Pretty impressed with the design, supposed to support 1000hp.

Thanks bro, I'm very close to completing this group of mods. Luckily nothing affects the tune and it will still be drivable until I take it in for the e85 tune. I am also going to be replacing all my lug studs with an extended set right after this. Been putting that off too long. Aftermarket rims cause there to be less thread available because it goes from the shank style lug nuts OEM to Toyota to the normal conical type. And I'm using aluminum nuts.. could be dangerous, so taking care of that before I do anymore hard driving or dyno pulls.

FMIC is completely installed. Made brackets out of aluminum strips and was successful with the hot side pipes I ordered. Next is cutting the front bumper up to fit.

After some on and off bumper trimming it’s back together. All that’s needed now is pinning the flex fuel sensor to the appropriate terminals on the ECU. Next will be the extended lug studs though.

Nice! I like the floating TRD emblem behind the grille.
