Did you find out if they changed any of the electronics; noticed the replacement butterfly looks a lot smoother and maybe its just me but the inlet vent tube looks (top right) looks to be slightly larger.

I asked my contact there and he emailed Icode but have not gotten an answer yet since they are still on holiday break. No, those are the coolant fittings, they're the same size, but yeah, the front plate is smoother as it does not have the rod on that side.

EDIT: it doesn't sound like anything is done with the throttle body electronics.

Changed the oil to get ready for spring/summer driving!

Ti stuff looks good. Those front strut bolts?

He still hasn’t mailed me the replacement tow rod. Kinda disappointed he’s not following through with that in a timely fashion since he made the threads wrong.

How come you took the oil filter housing off ?

Thanks! Yeah, he gets really busy, just keep in touch with him on his IG.
The nuts are for the rear strut top mounts, I used them for the front brace bracket, my fronts are already Ti. I did an oil change

Soooo..why you take the filter housing off to do the oil change?
Or you bought a new one so you could put the magnetic plug in it ?

Lou, I saw the pic of the housing. Thought it was the main body and not the cap part.
Thats why I was confused.

Don’t remember the cap being that deep. Guess I’m not very observant since I’ve done like 7-8 oil changes on my own car.

im losing it...😖

Just did an oil change with the same oil to get ready for summer driving. Great minds think alike!

What oil filter do you use? I’ve used amsoil, same as TRD, but this last one I got is somehow crooked so I had to run to my local dealer to get a Toyota filter :/

I had a factory Toyota one in the Garage so I used that one. I will use an Aimsoil next time. That is weird the Aimsoil filter was crooked.

Yeah it’s weird, I ordered it a while back and didn’t check it. You can kind of see it in this picture,
I wasn’t comfortable using it. I ordered a couple more and will change the filter later.

Yes it is off. I would not have used it either. I might have not noticed though, but I am a bit OCD, so I might have.
