For those of you who dealt with these guys, do they take forever to answer emails or pick up their phone to discuss current orders? I can't even cancel the ferakin order because I can't reach anyone, I had to leave VMs.
how many of you have successfully cancelled your orders through VIP directly? Do i really have to call my CC company? I don't understand how people stay in business running things this way. It's like a blatant "You're not important to us". I mean you know this guy answers his private email, but not his business, WTF!
I just met with Clark yesterday for instalation of my Lexon diffuser.
Very happy with with the install.
I know they had some problems before for a while, but I think everything is back to normal there.
I think the orders take little bit longer to receive then they estimate for you.
Mine was delayed by at least 6 weeks. Besides that, I love my diffuser.
Worth the wait.
UPDATE: If you refer to post 132 which was 2 months back, my initial complaint was a 6 month delay of getting my headers. UNTIL THIS DAY.. which is now almost 8 months I have been getting like 1 email every month with another excuse of supplier/UPS bla bla excuses. I just lost hope honestly and will ask for a refund (doubt ill get one) or just move on. Peace.
