Wow...so glad I never ordered anything from them. Hope everyone gets their money back! This is astronomically ridiculous!

 

WoW, VipAuto Salon doesn't even acknowledge on this thread anymore.

Which means they really don't care about there customers they only want your money!

Talk about SAD! I sure hope the IRS and and the many banks that people are requesting refunds start going after them for fraud!

wow this thread still going on? it took me 1 year 4 months to get my refund just earlier this year.

 

Hey everyone, im new to the isf but i have been around them for a while. Reason why is because i am a service adviser for lexus. but anyways i have already started to mod my F and just wanted to ask a question. I bought an exhaust from Vip AutoSalon and i have still yet to receive it and its been 3 weeks. i have also called them email them and they will not respond. Has anyone had an issue with them on this? dont know what else i could do?

There is a thread about the ongoing issues with VIP. I suggest getting a refund or cancel the order and go somewhere else to do business. Try L-Tunedparts.com. Just wondering what exhaust did you get?

 

Based on the forum here, I have heard nothing good about VIP. I'm glad I've never bought anything from these guys.

I agree wholeheartedly with this. Based on the bad experiences that so many people have had with them over shipping time and accuracy, I would never give them a dollar of my business. Like Obby said, I would ask for a refund immediately and look elsewhere to buy your parts.

Yea, they are so tempting. You go online, and they seemingly have every aftermarket part of the IS-F. Keyword seemingly, as most people never get their orders I guess. I almost bought a Wald diffuser from them, but read the horror stories and stayed away. Good luck with getting your refund!

 

i bought joe-z. i have never had an issue with this. first and last time ill order from them.

they just did it to me too, i ordered a set of gs350 awd coilovers, when i wanted to order they answered the phone everyday. Now they wont return my emails nor answer the phone, they told me that i would recieve the coilovers at the end of the month of june. now nothing
