I received my original refund in the form of a cashier's check. Today is the 1 year anniversary of this mess. Thanks to all the readers and comments. I'm pretty sure you had a big part in my refund.

Good riddance to VIP AutoSalon, what a horrible experience it was. Moving on...

I had a decent amount of stuff in my cart and decided to do some research on the business in reference before checking out and I am glad I did! They "supposedly" have access to some very nice products but I won't consider giving them my business based on how they treated a lot of CL members.

Thank god I didn't purchase from this site. I'm already frustrated by reading the horrific experiences you guys had. I wonder how I would be if I was the victim. Someone should just have vipautosalon site shut down.

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone know if VIP auto Salon is still in business. I ordered something a little over a year ago and still have not received it today. They never replied my email, text, or phone calls. Anyone else having issue with them?

It's getting very frustrating. If they are not out of business then they just have the worst possible customer service
