Glad to see someone at VIP auto salon is stepping up and doing the right thing. I never purchased anything from you guys due to the horror stories but your effort here shows there is hope after all.

Steven I hope you keep this going the WHOLE time your running the ship and not just a few months.

Thanks for the kind words, I really appreciate it. Hearing feedback just justifies what I do. I run business a particular way and I am here to make sure everything gets done properly and most importantly you guys are taken care of to the best of my ability.

Since Steven came along, he took my refund issues. I placed an order with him and he delivered within days. I have a second order placed with him as we speak which is shipping out soon. Keep up the good work Steven.

They aren't stepping up at all. There is never an answer or message back. It's been almost two years now.

Sorry for the delays guys, to be completely honest I am in the middle of reorganizing everything including the banking so its been kind of a headache. I have the checks cut for the refunds, they are going out i hope tomorrow or at the latest Thursday and when they do they will have tracking information for you just so you can track it.

Steven you're a decent man, and you have tried to help me earlier in the year but unfortuantly you haven't been able to fix my issue in the past.


So let me try again here. I would like a full refund for my order, (invoice #: 26111) for the full amount of $1,858.


I've sent you a PM just now, and I've sent an e-mail to Sales@VipAutoSalon.com.


So please let me know when I'll be receiving my money back.

OK, a temporary refund has shown on my bank account. But it's a claim that I've filed months ago and I hope it doesn't get reversed again

VIP auto salon were is my $2849.32 for my iss forged qes exhaust system that I never recived and was told I would get my money refunded invoice# 100000234 it has been almost for months seense you took my money. I would like my refund.

Add me to the list of unsatisfied customers of VIP autosalon. Ordered some parts (order # 52332) in May 2013 VIP promised parts by the end of July. Got one of the three items in Sep 15. VIP had no idea where the other items are. VIP stated they would issue a refund on 10-15-13.

After multiple emails and calls, they still can't properly issue a refund. Even after Steven said he would issue a refund there hasn't been any action. How long does it take to issue a refund?

VIP autosalon's customer service is terrible, I'm planning on issuing a formal complaint with the BBB.
