Bizarre problem. My passenger window quit working yesterday, from both switches. However, it opens and closes when I open or close the hardtop. I am also getting two indicator lights on dashboard light up, and this all happened together. Suggestions?

 

Silly question, but did you check the passenger lock button (on the driver side) ? Make sure it's in unlock position.

I suspect it has something to do with that button.

 

Definitely a good idea to first check the window lock button. If that is not the issue you may have an problem with the door and window ECU located (I think) in the drivers door. First thing I'd do is disconnect battery for a few minutes and then reconnect so all ECUs essentially restart.
